Shipping rates are DHL fees and we use weight based shipping. It takes 2 days to arrive in the US and 3 to Europe and 4  to other countries. You will receive a tracking number and will receive SMS and emails updating you on your package location.

Holalola provides you with a tracking number as soon as the product is sent, it takes one to two days for products to leave our facilities and are shipped two times a week.

In case the product arrives damaged, we will refund the money for the product or send it again as customer wishes prior to receiving a photo of the damage. But the shipping will be charged again.
