Shipping rates are DHL COURIER fees and we use weight based shipping. Our shipping price does not include nationalization and custom fees that range differently from country to country.

Holalola provides you with a tracking number as soon as the product is sent, we use Costa Rica mailing service.

In case the product arrives damaged, we will refund the money for the product or send it again as customer wishes prior to receiving a photo of the damage. But the shipping will be charged again.
