Shipping rates are DHL COURIER fees and we use weight based shipping. Our shipping price does not include nationalization and custom fees that range differently from country to country.

With DHL courier service packages take 2 days to arrive in the US and 3 to Europe and 4 to other countries. You will receive a tracking number and will receive SMS and emails updating you on your package location.

Holalola provides you with a tracking number as soon as the product is sent, it takes one to two days for products to leave our facilities and are shipped two times a week.
In case the product arrives damaged, we will refund the money for the product or send it again as customer wishes prior to receiving a photo of the damage. But the shipping will be charged again.
